The story of Properties Unlimited Realty Ltd., Brokerage begins long before the company opened its doors in 1984. It truly started in 1976, when Wendy and Reg LeBlanc began their real estate careers in the heart of Leaside, serving families, professionals, and newcomers to Toronto with unwavering dedication. Their reputation grew not through flashy marketing, but through trust, integrity, and the belief that real estate is — at its core — a people business.

By 1984, with nearly a decade of experience and a strong foundation in the community, Wendy and Reg launched their own brokerage: Properties Unlimited Realty Ltd., Brokerage, a family-built company rooted in local values and exceptional service.

The first office opened at 120 Laird Drive, becoming a familiar neighbourhood presence. As the team expanded, the brokerage moved to a larger space at 874 Eglinton Ave. E, continuing to grow alongside the rapidly evolving East York and Midtown Toronto communities. Eventually, the company moved to 206 Laird Drive, where it remained a trusted destination for real estate services for clients across Leaside, the GTA, and communities throughout Ontario.

For over four decades, Properties Unlimited has proudly assisted families through every real estate milestone — from first homes to forever homes, investments to downsizing, retail to commercial development.

As of December 5, 2025, we are honoured to announce a major milestone: Properties Unlimited Realty Ltd., Brokerage has joined INITIA Real Estate (Ontario) Ltd., Brokerage.

Founded in 2016, INITIA Real Estate has built a strong reputation across Canada for its modern platforms, innovative technology, and forward-thinking approach to real estate.
